Is it cake?
Pastries in disguise:
Crafting delicious illusions
Welcome to a space where precision and creativity harmonize. This month, we're excited to introduce a collaboration that marries the art of baking with technical expertise. You've likely caught wind of the "Is It Cake?" sensation that's been fascinating the baking community, professionals and enthusiasts alike. In synch with this trend, we partnered with food machinery giant Rheon to bring you two hyper-realistic creations, crafted with Chewco's Dessert Bite Mix: the Mango Mochi Bread and the Taro Cake Bread.
A mochi-filled soft bread with a luscious mango custard, that looks just like the fruit. Imagine savoring what appears to be an impeccably ripe mango, only to discover it's an exquisite cake in disguise! This treat was made with Rheon KN500, which showcases a patented inclined rotary table that replicates the mechanics of hand-wrapping to perfection.
This taro lookalike features a soft bread exterior and a dense taro cake filling. This one is for the taro lovers! This unique pastry was crafted with Rheon AN551. Compatible with over 30 original accessories, this machine presents a cutting-edge filling technology that preserves the integrity of the dough structure, guaranteeing that it remains intact.
