Chewco Makes Its Expo West Debut with Better-For-You Ube Bakery & Beverage Solutions

 

Chewco, a B2B food solutions brand specializing in Asian fusion dry mixes and ready-to-bake frozen dough, will make its first-ever appearance at Natural Products

Expo West 2026, marking a key step in the company’s expansion into the North American natural and specialty food market.

Exhibiting at Booth #2089A, Hall B, Chewco will showcase a lineup of better-for-you ube bakery and beverage concepts, including High-Protein Ube Shokupan (Japanese Milk Bread), Ube Mochi Cookie, and an Protein Ube Latte made with their commercial powdered ingredients. All concepts will be available for sampling at the booth.

Ube—a vibrant purple yam traditionally used in Southeast Asian desserts—is gaining visibility across North American menus as consumers seek trendy Asian flavors that feel both comforting and exciting.
