Indulge in our egg-free chocolate fruit cake! Layers of moist cake, creamy chocolate whipped cream, and crushed OREOs create a decadent treat. Topped with a purple sweet potato dusted whipped cream and green grapes for a vibrant finish.

Batter Preparation
Add egg-free cake mix, SP emulsifier, and water to the bowl. Mix on low, then medium. Once the specific gravity reaches 0.35, slowly add canola oil and mix well. The specific gravity should be between 0.32 and 0.36. Add canola oil in two batches, mixing at low speed, then medium speed to fully absorb the oil.

Baking
Evenly spread the batter on the baking tray. Bake for total 17 minutes. Use residual heat to steam for 1 minute. Cool for at least 30 minutes before proceeding.

Whipped Cream Preparation
Heat the milk chocolate + whipping cream (A) and melt, then mix well and set aside. Whip the whipping cream (B) and add the just mixed chocolate sauce, mix well and set aside.

Decoration
Take three round cakes, squeeze on the chocolate whipped cream, and stack 3 layers of crushed OREO, then freeze. Whip the whipping cream (C) and then spread the surface evenly. Use a nozzle to shape the top and sprinkle with purple sweet potato powder. Place green grapes on top to finish.
